GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure you receive your package on time, make sure your address is correctly entered with all relevant and required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders have a processing time of 1- 2 days to ensure quality and to arrange the best shipment for you. This time frame does not include shipping time. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday with be sent on Monday or the next business day.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping fees are non- refundable. If you refuse any shipments from cyncerelymarie.com you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly from the carriers website.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

Cyncerely Marie does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. No refunds or credits will be issued for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
