Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

Start a return by contacting us at customerservice@cyncerelymarie.com Items sent back to us without notification will not be accepted. You will have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, you will need proof of purchase, and all your items must be in original condition (new, unused, unworn) with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Approved Returns should be sent to address below:

ISSUES WITH ITEMS

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please email customerservice@cyncerelymarie.com within 5 days of receiving your product, so the issue can be resolved.


REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please note that it will take a few days for the credit to post to your bank account, depending on your card issuer's policies. Cyncerely Marie reserves the right to decline your return.
